Those of us who have been in the business long enough remember the days of Mariner buses, ski buses, shopping buses, long lunches etc. It was how we networked and much business was done during those events! In addition to the events, contact was made face-to-face with Title and Escrow Reps calling on Real Estate offices and lending Institutions in person.
Do to the implementation of strict regulations, and advanced technology, much has changed! Gone are the buses and long lunches and even the one-on-one contact has become scarce. So much of our business is now via email, text, twitter, computer programs and technology and the result has caused the face-to-face relationship to become a casualty.
We believe that technology is very important to stay on the cutting edge of what we do, and that is, and always will be our goal. However, the value in relationships is still on the top of our list and we will continue to value and honor that aspect of doing business.
The bottom line is that we value you, our client, first and foremost. Consequently we stay competitive with technology and on the cutting edge to keep you moving forward in your business. We also communicate with you during every step of your transaction to keep the relationship in tact and keep your needs at the top of our priority list.
